Stretch and Strength for the Breastfeeding Mother

Taya Griffin will lead a morning stretch yoga session on Saturday, October 26th and Sunday, October 27th, and throughout the coffee and lunch breaks.
Each stretch session will address each hot point of tightness that may accumulate in mamas body, which may include some of the following: neck pain, back pain, wrist pain, and stretches for Vasospasm/Mammary Constriction Syndrome.
